We have 2 dedicated operations managers who train our staff thoroughly, and then inspect behind them again and again to ensure our quality stays the same for you. We take pride in our work and we ensure the same quality service time after time. Our number one goal is to not decline, but increase our quality of work year after year. We don’t hire just anyone. We are very strategic in our hiring process. All employees hired must pass a drug test and background check. All employees are trained personally by the owners/managers themselves to ensure they are ready to clean the right way and are monitored heavily. We believe in paying our employees more than the average pay rate for cleaning services and taking less profit for ourselves because we believe in investing in our employees. If we invest in them and take care of them then our hope is that they will take care of our customers and take care of us. It's just the way we believe in doing business.
